In order to meet your individual needs and training plans we offer a variety of packages. Below you will find prices and package deals for personal training, duo and group classes.

There are maximum 4 people in our apparatus group classes, maximum 8 people in our springboard & arc classes and never more than 10 people in any of the group mat classes we offer. Our group mat classes are hybrid classes.

All prices incl. VAT. We accept EC cards and payment by bank transfer.
Courses and treatments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance free of charge. Cancellations at short notice will be charged in full.

Osteopathic and physiotherapeutic services are exempt from sales taxation according to §4 of the sales tax law.

MEMBERSHIP

In addition to our 5- and 10-class passes, we also offer flexible memberships – ideal if you train regularly and would like to secure a fixed spot in our classes. You can choose between Mat, Studio, or Flex, depending on whether you prefer working on the mat, training with equipment, or combining both.

A membership comes with many benefits: You are guaranteed a place in your favorite classes and pay a lower price per session compared to single-class passes. A regular training schedule provides more structure and motivation, and our team is happy to support you personally in planning your workouts. With flexible options offering 4, 6, or 8 sessions per month, you can choose a model that fits perfectly into your daily routine.
